    Machine is good but motion sensors are so laggy… \nTechnician was not so professional , came with less equipments. Within one day duct pipe got broken then they come after 3 4 days and fit some screw. Not professional at all

    If you are going for this chimney, consider following review before buying, v guard brand is good but chimney reliability is unknown as it’s brand new in this field ( though I went for this) and Service is pathetic and not so friendly, I’ll explain here what I faced, I ordered through flipkart and got it delivered in ten days and after delivery to get installation you have to call vguard and struggle for five days to get it installed as service persons are not upto par and have no manners in handling the product and he scratched it and he roughly handled . Flipkart is not helping customers to solve this issue, and coming to product quality, I feel not upto the mark of faber or elica and motion sensor in x20 model is not so responsive and noise is tolerable but it’s not so silent. \n And installation kit doesn’t contain endcap, clamp nor aluminium tape, and installation person didn’t bring the tape and he used wire insulation tape as vguard manual says use bopp tape. He made mess of kitchen, he was unprofessional. \n\nVguard service is pathetic, my cousin have elica and elica service far better then vguard, choose wisely before buying. Hope this helps.
