This is one of the good product that I have with me and this review is after 2 years of usage. There is no problem with v- service but this OR is not the best fit if you are in NCR because there water TDS is very high although it say it suitable for all water TDS but in my case I need to change the filter every 1 month that why cutting one star.

Am very satisfied with the functioning of the filter. Does the job and is less pricey than others in the market. The service is very good. The service people are very polite and efficient. I am happy with the product

Good product at the price point. The quality is a little bit on the lower side. I believe that is where cost cutting has been done. I like how the product is designed with all the filters resting on the back panel. It is well thought.
Also very nice installation done by service person Anandhu.

Got the water purifier on 2nd of June, instantly called the customer care and raised the request for installation. The customer care executive said it will be installed within 48 hours. But it didn’t get installed, so called again, then they again said it is in process, give more 24 hours. Later I got a call and was told that it will be installed and the installation technician will call me. I waited a whole day, and then called Amazon to return the product, their technical team raised an issue with VGuard and said if not installed in 24 hours, they will take it back. I again got a call and finally the installation technician came and installed it today 7th June. This made me doubt VGuard service.
I have a complaint about such service provided by VGuard.
The Technician, Mr. Deepak Kanade, knows his work well as he installed the purifier within no time and it was a smooth process. He also listed us all the dos and don’ts regarding the purifier, and gave the information about the product. 5/5 stars for Mr. Kanade.

I will update it again after using it for a few months.
