Very nice product. Very happy with the key board and touch pad function. Fingerprint works reliably. As good as the product purchased from Sony in the last lot .\n\n Overall very nice experience. No regret that it is not from Sony. However, the warranty service will be provided by VAIO India service centers.\n\n13 hours battery backup is sheer exaggeration. For your normal operation the battery back is for 4 yo 5 hours only.\n\nSupport related issues:\nContact both Flipkart and VAIO India.\n\nContact VAIO India through their portal. Response of VAIO India is very good. I have a very nice experience after contacting VAIO India. All email id, phone no are available in VAIO India website.\n\nPLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAPTOP WILL BE LOADED WITH TRIAL VERSION OF OFFICE 365. NO LICENCE OR ACTIVATION KEY WILL BE PROVIDED BY VAIO AS DESCRIBED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION.\n\nYou have to take help of Flipkart and in turn Microsoft office will help you in activating the Office 365 by taking your machine in remote mode.

I use vaio E series from past so many years that’s why i prefer again vaio but performance of this feel bad because battery backup is 2-3 hours in normal excel work .\nIt’s show that’s it’s with Ms -office which is only trail pack .I complaint so many time on Flipkart but no solution provide.\nDesign is not as I think regarding vaio
