There is no free installation. I did install another plumber and he has taken extra charges also. Only this issue I was facing. Otherwise all good review for this product. Heating is good. It is taking maximum 15 minutes for heating. Design is also good. Loved this product. Thank you flipkart.

Have used it for all winter and rating it after more than 6 months of use. No problem till date.The best part is temperature control. Heats water quick enough but insulation could have been better. Overall great product. You can’t ask for more at this price. Company doesn’t provide installation facility so had to get it done myself.

go for it with out doubt…. you dont need to wait to get water heated …..i am using…vgaurd… hindware, .. but this one is the best mong those …. \n\n but venus only draw back is looks .. you dont get… super look….\n\nif you want performance than look….just go for it

Very good product. Order has deliverd a little bit late. But I will recommend to everybody that if you don’t need 25L storage don’t buy it only for save your money. Buy 15L or 10L cause the storage is too much than it looks. Thank you 😊😊😊

Actually I purchased Crompton juno it was totally rubbish. I returned that and Purchased Venus it was really good. I was writing a review after a month because I was waited for a electricity bill. But for electricity consumption I can give on 3star

Nice product, reaches to me in good condition and packaging. Working properly. Extra installation cost for fittings you have to pay which is nearly 800 to 1000 according to accessory needed.\nConsumes 0.6 units electicity and 15 to 20 mins for one time heating on HOT position of thermostat.. Heated so that you have to mix equal amount of water for usages.\nOnce heated , water remain hot or warm for 4 to 6 hrs.\nStandby mode that is always ON condition heating 4 to 5 times a day consumes approx 4 units electricity.\nOverall no need to take costly one..\nEvery gayser have same functionality, elements and components almost.\nSaftey.\nDry heat protection. No heating without water\nAuto cut off after heating.\nAnode for corrosive protection for use in Hard water condition.

Great product it’s heating at a faster rate but size is a bit high though, so make sure u have enough place before purchasing. I have even provided with pipes and extra stuff. Overall good experience

Product is absolutely great. I had a chat with my plumber as well as my technician who takes care of home appliances, and both of them suggested me to go for Venus blindly. That’s why i bought venus in spite of that it has a warranty of one yr only. You can find other products with 4 to 5 yrs warranty. But venus is really worth every penny. It takes 5 minutes in the morning to warm the water. And i switch it off before the thermostat. And it gets the job done……
