Cooling for bedroom.

I liked the Airconditioner having good cooling effect. Installation was also in time. But I am not happy about the service in Post-installation stage even during warranty period. Hence product may good but after sales service is very poor.

I purchased this for Rs 36500 and place of delivery was Palam,Delhi. My product arrived on 22,May,2023 around 2pm but I received call from voltas serviceman in morning only as he was very much eager to install AC without AC being delivered to me.
The delivery guy placed both units where I told them and installation servicemen arrived the next day around 11AM .Initially on call they told that installation charges will be Rs1200 but at the time of installation they said if you purchased it from dealer directly then installation charges are 1200, if from online shopping platform charges will be 1500 and if from croma then charges will be nill ,so better contact and ask them everything on call only. There is no compressor stand included so please be prepared for it. Servicemen charges you Rs900 for it and if you tell them we have already purchased stand from outside then they will still charge you Rs250 for labour charge of it. I purchased the stand from them as I dont wanted to go outside. Now initially they said Ac wires which will give power to indoor unit is enough but afterwards when they fit it was short for 6-7 inches. So they applied extra wire and charged Rs 100 for it. Now the wire which supply power to compressor from indoor unit was of 10 ft and as expected this also falls short for 1 ft and then again they connected it with extra wire and charges same 100. Now the pipe which has AC gàs in it falls short the same for 2-3 inch and the same thing happened and they charged me 100 more. Better plan and calculate and be prepared for it and plan your chord lengths before starting installation or you have to give more money. They handed over me a final handwritten bill of Rs 2700 for all installation. I contacted to voltas customer care also to cross verify and they said whatever servicemen is asking you shall do it they will not listen to you even if you argue with them that all this should have been part of installation,it’s of no use. Untill now AC is working fine and let’s hope for the best.

Overall online ac purchase experience is good and satisfied but other expenses like installation is way to my,
In my case it cost me around ₹5000

It’s Cooling quickly ,but the Machine Functions are Too worst. It’s take more than 2 minutes to Close the Door of AC.

Company should provide hand remote light for better operating at night.
AC swing flat getting stucks several times.

Whenever the price drops below 39k you will be like wow let’s buy it but they will not give the copper wire and the water pipe will also be very small so your electrician will charge extra for that. Overall the cooling is good the ac goes till 16°C.
