I’ve purchased voltas 1ton inverter ac for my flat situated in 1st floor in an apartment…the suitable place for installing the ac is beneath of a window situated in 1st floor….but the technician told me that no one can be accommodated here even though the flat is next to mine a blue star AC placed in that similar place.

1 Ton ac is only sufficient for small room but I chosen wrong one. Please select right one depends on room size.

The media could not be loaded.
After multiple complaints and multiple visit I was asked to raise a replace request
Request was open for over 9 days and on call they said it’ll be replaced
Suddenly in the middle of the night ticket was cancelled with no details or confirmation

This was a disaster. The entire AC setup and copper wire installation was done and while starting the AC, it was throwing some error. Later the technician told, its due to CBU number mismatch.
And apparently, later, I found out this CBU number mismatch is only for Voltas AC and this issue is also very frequent with the units they send.
Upon requesting for a return, Amazon was like its a self return, so I have to ship it by myself.
This whole experience and the process was nothing more than a nightmare.
