My new AC is not working for last two months. No serice assiatance provided. Worst product to buy. Pathetic experience.

Only received Indoor unit. No Outdoor and other component. As well as unable to return or replace after delivery. No proper action and solution by customer service.
From last two days they are transferring my issue to one person to other person.
Amazon person said that Voltas is responsible and Voltas said Amazon responsible.
