No demo of product, told it’s ready to use product. When we opened, the cooling motor is not working. All these can be rectified on the spot in the presence of representative & replacement immediately.

I encountered multiple issues with this cooler within in 2 years of purchase
1) wheels broke off with in first 10months itself.. now i am using it without wheels.
2) there is a short circuit with the capacitor within 1st year of usage.
3) some times randomly ‘Tank Alarm’ indication blinks without any reason and water pump stops working.. and the Alarm stops by itself.. this happens multiple times and stops water pumping some times during the run.
4) biggest problem is the service – any service request takes minimum a week to attend and fix.. some times you won’t hear from them. and, no bill for the service charges.
Overall, this is a very bad product for this cost. Local water cooler worth Rs2000 would perform better than this.
