Model listed on the flipkart matches to the product delivered but the description and photo does not match, i was ok with it as my home is very narrow and 2 nd floor again taking out and bringing is headache i love the delivery they took care of it very well, installation from whirlpool executive was pathetic does not know anything of the fridge, rather read the manual

This refrigerator has one critical issue, it switches to normal freezer mode even if we convert top compartment to refrigerator mode. This occurs very randomly and food spoils due to this. I believe the only reason a customer spends extra money on a convertible is to rely on this function to get some extra storage space and this one fails at it! I had a whirlpool few years ago and trust me this is not the quality I’d expect from a genuine whirlpool product. I had this issue right from the start and after repeated customer care interactions for over 4 months they replaced one part and yet the issue still persists. Even today after 7 months or so I am trying to reach their support team and they’re not even responding to my calls or emails. Poor post sale support I would say. I regret buying a whirlpool product. These days, almost every other brand only cares about product purchase and their profits, long gone are the days where brand values product quality and customer care relationship above all else. If you’re like me who wants to use this convertible for extra storage, not at all worth it in my opinion!
