Overall good upto 15k if you got other brand cost much higher. Premium look.
lg, samsung,panasonic don’t provide semi automatic features in this machine you can
1only wash
2only dry
3 only rinse and dry etc which is very good feature also control panel is in back side. While other provoide at front. Working fine no issue.
Installation person come and asked for trolly to buy i told i don’t need he asked for longer water inlet pipe also cost 1000rs which i denies 😡.
He was telling your warranty will not start if i won’t follow him,i asked i will see myself get lost from my house and raise complain to Amazon and whirlpool then he requested to sign work order form. Its up to you how you deal with these guys.

Value for money user friendly I am using this machine almost of 22 months, even the power consumption is less saving on my electricity bill as well and noise is very less

I purchased this washing machine in 2021, right after the warranty period ended Machine started shaking violently so I called a technician from Whirlpool, I was not able to figure out the reason so I told him to check suspension (as I searched myself online for the reason of above-mentioned problem) after opening back cover found suspensions has so much rust on it (though there is no possibility of water leakage) technician informed me that he will bring new suspension rods in install it within 2 hours and took money for the service 3-4 days have been passed still nobody came to replace a part when contacting customer support they say spare parts are not available for your Washing Machine model. Now I regret my decision of buying a Whirlpool washing machine.

The overall buying experience was smooth, the delivery was also smooth but there was a lot a hustle to track the free installation from the company.The guy didn’t responded for the first 2 days and when he came he tries to sell the other products and did not cooperate with us and tried to fool us with the wrong information. thankfully the customer care helped and send the another engineer for the service which was quick and smooth, demo was explained properly and the guy was professional.

Heater is working as expected! Happy that this washing machine kill germs in my clothes with the hot water! Also this is 5 star so it consumes less power. Exactly completes my needs. I have even washed my bedsheets, laptop bag. So far no issues. Do not fall for the trap the installation people lays. They try to sell you washing machine stand (buy it from a 2nd hand store if u really need it. I don’t even use it). They try to sell you washing machine cleaner (scalegon) which is useful but they sell at high cost.. better buy it online only when u need it. They try to sell you some crappy magnet at huge cost which is not really needed if you just clean ur washing machine once every few months.
