Very dirty clothes are not washed well, bedsheets are not clean, it is good for normal wash

Was disappointed as being advertised a ‘fully automatic machine and can be set as a delayed washing facility (which is very good) but not having a separate ‘fabric softener’ dispenser makes it difficult to put clothes for a delayed wash…also one has to time oneself to add the fabric softener at the last rinse…which is a pain and thus fails in being called ‘fully automatic’
