I am writing this after using this product for 10 months.
I faced many issues with this machine.
Got electric shocks so frequently, other functions are also not proper.
Many times technical visit happened after 6-7 times somehow temporarily they fix the problem but seriously what can a buyer feel when a new product has that many issue.
For me I made a big mistake to buy this one there were other options in this price.
Bosch washing machines way good than this one.
Sorry whirlpool but I lost faith in you now.
