A big mistake buying this product, writing this review after using it for more than a year..
The flames are too low, will take more than 15-20mins to boil a cup of tea.. so imagine cooking rice.. women will curse you for spending additional 50% more time there..
Burner base bent in the first month of normal kitchen use, but that they say is not covered under warranty it seems! They delay replacements so that they can escape warranty coverage. Auto ignition is a show off which can work only in showrooms, from first week it just died, 3 times serviced but will never got fixed.. 8-10 technician visits in a year and even double calls to follow up is you are paying for..
So in summary: if you have a alternate : backup kitchen, only then buy this as a showpiece. Otherwise you will be also busy dealing with the stress from those working in kitchen

Our experience with this hob has been VERY POOR. The auto-ignition started having intermittent issues within a month of use, and now a year later, it has completely failed.
I would not recommend this product at all. If you’re looking for a reliable hob, please look elsewhere.

After one and half month they attended my complaint, thank God, they atleast checks their complaints. Even after decades of dates.!!!.

One of the worst service and product experience from whirlpool and elica.
Package was opened before and repackaged like hell. Everything in box was stuffed like a mess.
Further wrong product description on website that its an electric ignition system whereas its a battery operated.
Installation is not free its chargeable around 800.
Customer service for whirlpool and Elica is same and theses people are not at all professionals. Really poor customer service experience when I called them for installation.
