Though the price is on very costly side actually very costly …. Our family was impressed by design and went for it…….
Pros :
The products first impression was wow… Beautiful black glass slate and combination of auto ignite burners… 4 burners in a compact setup…. The designer did a classic imaginative approach… 4 burners worked perfectly 2 large burners and 2 medium ones
Cons:
The second burner stopped working after 1 and half month.
And being a black glass we have to clean very often… Trust me if you love the stove it shouldn’t matter
Edit: if you are a kind of person who might just saying overboil milk and if that does fall on the burner…. Its never gonna flame the same again this is the case of lucky ones the worst case is the burner doesn’t even ignite…

I purchased the Whirlpool Hob 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove (Elite Hybrid HD 704 Brass Gas Hob) on 15-Aug-2020 with the hope of a reliable and efficient cooking experience. However, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Additionally, I found that this gas stove requires frequent servicing, with the need for a service every two months. This is highly inconvenient and adds to the overall cost of ownership. It is unreasonable for a product to demand such regular maintenance, significantly impacting the user experience and making it difficult to enjoy hassle-free cooking.
Furthermore, the auto ignition feature, which initially worked fine, stopped functioning after just one year. This is a major flaw and renders the convenience of auto ignition useless. I had expected this feature to last longer and provide reliable performance, but it failed to meet my expectations.
To exacerbate the situation, the service engineer provided by Whirlpool was not competent. Their lack of expertise and professionalism further added to the frustration. It is disheartening when the service team, which is meant to assist in resolving issues, falls short in delivering satisfactory support.
Moreover, it is disappointing to learn that Whirlpool outsources their service contact to a third party. This can result in a lack of accountability and delays in resolving issues. Direct manufacturer support would be more preferable to ensure a streamlined and efficient service experience.
Considering the issues I have faced, along with the poor service experience, I cannot recommend the Whirlpool Hob 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove (Elite Hybrid HD 704 Brass Gas Hob) to others. The high cost, frequent servicing requirements, malfunctioning auto ignition, and subpar service quality have greatly impacted my satisfaction with this product.

I think after using the product for 2 years I am the right person to give exact review. We started facing issues after 2-3 months of use. It is very dufficult to clean. Every time we have to call the service person and he charges more than 500 bucks. And this happens everymonth. After 1 year when the warrany ended the auto ignition stoppee working. Even the person who comes after calling the service center says that the product is like that only. I have given 1 star rating because I didnt found anything lesser. So after 1.5 years of use we have paid almost 3-4k to the service person. The current situation is we are not using the auto ignition. We are using the traditional lighter. Surprisingly the burner also had the problem now. It seems to be broken from sides. Not sure if all other company product has the same issue. But I would not recommend to buy this product.

I have purchased this item few months back. It need some regular maintenance. But, we are not able to get the service persons from the customer section for this product. We have to seek a private service person.

3. Burners are powerful and cooking time reduces
Dislikes
1. Steel stand that holds vessels does not well fit on the grew. Always slips.
2. Auto ignition does not work always. Some time it takes almost 5 sec
3. Flames does not spread widely. If you love crispy big Dosa then dont waste your money. Diameter of the flame is not that wide to make wide dosa or rotis. This is big zero.
4. Cleaning is bit time consuming due to slippery steel stands.
