Please don’t buy this product else you will be in mess because the machine frequently stops working and there is also problem of overflow from the storage tank. It has been 8 months since I purchased this product and I have raised complant 5 times. Even you would not get proper resolution from the service team. Machine is also very bulky and doesn’t look good. I am buying Kent now and give this Whirlpool R.O purifier to scarp.

Awesome RO with awesome price, I love whirlpool product, I have whirlpool refrigerator since one year and it’s working awesome and now I bought this whirlpool RO it’s simply working fantastic and it’s look is very cool and whirlpool’s products are outstanding.\n\nsimply buy it don’t think so much.\n\nFlipkart is also awesome and Ekart delivery boy’s are also nice and their behaviour is also good .\n\n\nGo for it …water is sweet and full of minerals

Worst RO available…Taste is very bad as compared to other brands and although filters are DIY(Do it yourself- the main reason I bought it) but are not available anywhere, offline/online. Hence you will have to call the service centre for replacement and service of whirlpool is worst.My filter got replaced after 25 days of raising the complaint and that too after about 15 calls to the service engineer and finally calling tha main head office. Apart from that no one tells you the exact cost of the filter not even the service centre executives. They(service engineer) had scraped the part with details of MRP, Date of manufacturing etc., so rate was not visible. Initially they were charging me 3500 for the filters but after raising the issue to the higher authority they replaced the filters(1&2) in 1300 but no authentic bill was provided and there was no proof that the filter they provided was original or fake/ used or unused.\nBetter go for other brands…

installation is not part of the package, no pre filter was given. the purifier is large than other models. but if you install self like me, water is perfect and usage is simple. water tastes good. Not sure it justifies the price though.
