ZRTP Protocol (Zimmermann Real-Time Transport Protocol) for an end-to-end exchange protected by encryption keys, and ICE Technology for P2P.
In this way, no data flow goes through the server, but rather the cell phone itself randomly generates the bilateral encryption keys between the users; which ensures that even Wings Mobile cannot intercept the calls.
