As the title said. This waffle maker arrived in a box that wasn’t sealed – on inspection, the waffle maker was clearly damaged with damp storage for a protracted period of time. The screws has started to corrode, and when we opened the manual – even the staples had gone rusty.
I shudder to think what the insides of the maker are like!
Shocking (perhaps literally) state of a supposedly brand new item – and potentially dangerous.
Instant return – and no way I’ll order this brand, or from this seller again.

Overall OKAY product, was able to make crispy waffles, the trick is in the batter it should be thick, use some corn flour , soda for crispy texture. The product package data was 2018, made in China…hope this will last.

sometimes it makes good waffles but sometimes they’re terrible. the heat setting is not high enough it takes way too long to make one batch.

My husband and I would always crave for waffles. A month back we decided to buy a waffle maker to help with our cravings. After alot of research we bought this waffle maker and guess what, it turned out to be awesome!! It’s a must buy for anyone and everyone who loves waffle!! It’s an amazing product, easy to use & clean and the waffles come out to be real good..just like the ones we get in cafes.

A lot of faulty/defective pieces. Some take too long to cook, others don’t have the best grooves. Be mindful after receiving your product, it could be a defective piece

The product does work and can make waffles if you use the right combination of pancake dough. We used Betty Crocker and followed the instructions in the package. It takes about two flips to get it to the right consistency.
The negatives are plenty. The plastic is horrendous and completely prepared to cut corners. The fitting gives more reasons to complain as it keeps wobbling. The non stick surface is difficult to clean in areas around the edges and leaks prove to be a pain to clean up. You need to flip the waffle twice to get it brown on both sides.
And the quality does not justify the price paid. All the same, if you are in a hurry and don’t bother about lose fittings and cheap plastics … go for it.
