1.6 litre is enough for four people. For two 1 litre . I bought 1.6 without considering and it’s huge for one person.
Secondly it didn’t smash carrot and Beetroot. There was a bug chunk of that . Even ginger wasn’t crushed at all. But taste is good. It was smooth if I don’t consider the chunks . I was using smooth mode so I didn’t expect pieces..
Cleaning is easy . Just a big bowl and churner blades
I am editing a bit . If you cut the vegetables into small pieces then no chunks would remain . I tried again.

This is a great one stop soup maker. Very easy to use, chop the ingredients, add stock leave and the soup is made. The plug wasn’t Australian so I had to buy a converter plug.
