Ordered the product twice and both times came without heating pad…. And second time i want allowed to return…

Since previously we had used many kettle from diff brand. Compared to it , this kettle quality is not up the expectation. I hope it will work atleast till warranty period.

I read a broken piece so returned. Instead bought Kent it’s much better. Packaging was v old and bad not as per Amazon standard

quality is not good as it looks like in images, body is made of thinest possible ss sheet, I would have returned the product if it was allowed.

I had been using Wonderchef products for sometime now and have added a new product to my collection. As promised, it is another great product which comes with lot of great features.
1. Good heating speed that consumes less electricity and hence energy efficient
2. Durable and long-lasting design with beautiful aesthetics
3. Easy to use and clean
4. Quiet operation
5. Safety features, such as automatic shut-off
6. The quality of materials used, the sturdiness of the handle and base, and the overall durable product
7. 1.8 ltr capacity is much better than existing smaller size kettles available
Overall it is a great product and I would recommend to go for it.
