It looks good, but the quality and service are poorest. The product stopped working after just a week of use, and they don’t have service partners available. One of service partner who was supporting Wonderchef has stopped providing support because of non payment of bills to them. I have been calling them and emailing for a month, but the company is not taking any responsibility to fix the issue. In total, its a total waste of money and I am moving to give a complaint in consumer court.

Have been using the Wonderchef mixer almost daily to make cake batter and atta. It works well. Easy to use and easy to clean. The quality of the steel bowl is good. The different blades seem sturdy enough. I used the splatter guard once, but have not needed to use it again. The batter did not splatter for my current recipes and quantities.
It took me a few days to adjust to making cake batter with this. I was using a hand-held mixer earlier, which ensures that the batter is mixed evenly at the edges and at the bottom.
With the Wonderchef stand mixer, one needs to stop the mixer a couple of times; use a spatula to scrape the batter on the edges and bring it to the centre. It also took a few days for me to map my old 3-speed mixer settings to the new one’s 6-speed settings. I’ve adjusted well, because the cakes are turning out to be very good. The process of mixing the batter with the stand mixer takes about 10-15 minutes longer than my hand mixer. But as I’m not holding it, I can use that extra time to keep washing the ingredient dishes during the process, rather than after the process. So net net, it’s a positive
