Inside the box: 2 jars, motor base, User manual, recipe book,one normal lid, one seasoning cap\nPros:\nEasy to use, you just have to turn the jars clockwise to start the grinding process and turn it anticlockwise to put it off\nLooks beautiful\nInspite of being small and compact, it has really powerful blades and blends everything which any other mixer does\nCleaning of jars is convenient\nCons\nSometimes the grinded stuff enters the corners beneath the rubber washer hence the rubber needs to be removed each time to clean the base \nSuitable for use by nuclear families

Well, a good brand ambassador doesn’t mean the product is worth a million. I got it just because it gets in my luggage easily, otherwise enough for a bachelor, for a home users its not recommended. And personally i din’t like the build quality as well, seems pretty fragile! And most of all nothing except the motor is covered under warranty. SO BEWARE IF YOU GOT A JAR OR BLADE BROKEN. YOU’RE DONE MY FRIEND!

I had an issue with the grinder and raised a complaint with Wonderchef contact center… The technician was sent within 6 hours… Also the technician Srinivias was very professional and was able to resolve the problem in very less time.. Thankyou for the amazing aftersale service . Good Job wonderchef..
