The product is okay for the money, but after delivery, we installed it, and to my surprise, one burner was not working. I hired a local service person and rectified the alignment. The stove is weightless, not stiff, and there is no grip on the floor; every time I ignite the stove, I need to hold it. Only the glass top has good finish; the stove mechanism is not worth it, and only locally sourced items were used to assemble the stove. OK for the budget

Backside finishing not good and not tough and sturdy

Hi the gas stove works well except one of the burner is not working since the stove was unpacked and brought to operations. Wondering how to get the burner fixed since we need it direly ? Would appreciate if the delivery company can show some direction on this.

Glass top is sturdy and elegant. Easy to use. Knobs and other material is of really very good quality. Even the brass is as heavy as required. However, the drawback is can’t use gas tandoor on it as may cause breakage. Overall a liked product by all of my family member adding a good look to the kitchen
