I have used many electronic products in my life. but Acer, I never recommended anyone to purchase!
I bought one new inverter, an Acer AC, on August 4, 2023, through Amazon. Now it is showing E6 and E8 error messages on the display, and it was clearly communicated to Acer Customer Service as well on October 4th.
Do you think the AC will be automatically repaired by using your AI tool?
I don’t have any trees in my home to pluck the currency. So, it’s your responsibility to resolve this issue! Never disappoint your valuable customers by offering cheap service.
Sorry to say, I have sent many emails to report this issue. Your customer service department told me it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours after sending a prolific number of emails, but no solution has been taken yet.

AC installation vendor was very ill behaved asking for irational money, i denied so I have to wait for three days and from Acer they did the installation. Performance is awesome, it’s a very good product.
