The video quality is horrible. It’s washed out and difficult to read the fonts. So far I have been unable to find a setting that helps. You’re forced to use Microsoft apps. I wanted to change the default browser and there doesn’t appear to be any way to use anything other than Edge. Internet instruction tell you that you can do it through settings, but the button is greyed out. There is no option in Edge to do it. The system came with Cloud backup turned on and when I restored the old files it completely filled cloud backup and wouldn’t let me save anything. I finally figured out how to turn it off, but it’s constantly bugging me to turn it back on. It comes with Bitlocker installed and if you ever need to fix your computer you need a 48 digit code. The reason I got rid of my last one is because there was an issue with the windows installation and I needed to reinstall windows. There was no way to do it without the code. Windows was installed by the seller and I never got the bitlocker code. My $1500 laptop was completely useless without it. I don’t need bitlocker on my system and should have the option of not getting it. I bought this laptop because it had high reviews, but I’m very disappointed. I spent a day setting it up and changing defaults and the next time I rebooted it had reset back to factory defaults.

The listing clearly says 2023. However the box the computer says 2022 model. The listing is misleading into making us believe it is the latest model, but it is not.

I don’t know how I went this long without a touchscreen laptop. It is the absolute best! And so convenient. I am extremely satisfied with my new laptop and I know it will help me tremendously with my business.
