It has horizontal and vertical swings. I like it so much. But the thing is either technician or Acer team din’t provide stabilizer when installation time. We must fix it separately. Other than that product is good.

ACER might be a good global brand in IT & Electronics but it just doesn’t have any competence in Air Conditioning installation and issue resolution. It’s been more than a week since the delivery of the product and the calls I receive are for installation of a TV 🙂

When I tell them that it’s an AC, they look baffled and just say that we will get back to you and NOTHING happens.

It would be best to just avoid ACER brands for Air Conditioning as they do not have technicians and support at all.
