overall, I was looking for something lightweight but can also run some games. overall, it does what I need it to and I really like how light it is. I was scared by the reviews because I saw some people say the sound is low, but I did not have this problem personally. The only critique I have is it’s a little loud, but other than that it’s great so far!

I purchased this for school and work related projects. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. Within the first 5 times of use, the hard drive failed. I had to send it back for repairs. They only allow repairs at their own facility and not at by other certified repair technicians. After about two months using the laptop twice per week, the hard drive failed again. I will never purchase another Acer. I’ve had to use my trusty old Toshiba to get me through. It’s super slow but at least it works.

Less than 4 months of nominal use and multiple buttons already started falling off. Super disappointing because I’ve never had an issue with Acer products before.
