A very good monitor for the price.
– Colours are good, good set of features, build quality though flimsy will hold for a long time if used properly.
– Has a very useful joystick as well as a set of buttons to adjust OSD. Though I would suggest downloading Acer Monitor Widget for more features, precise calibration and ease of use.
-Speakers are useful only for notifications and cannot be used for any serious listening; at this price you cannot expect loud sounding speakers. I had a set of cheap 5W speakers lying around that I connected to this and I am happy!
– You’ll get an HDMI cable, an audio aux cable, good quality near looking metal stand in the package along with the monitor.
-Perfectly usable for Microsoft Office related work – text doesn’t look pixelated if you sit more than a feet away. Videos and photos look good. I think this monitor can be used for trading purpose too as text looks sharp.
– I have an LG IPS monitor too bought earlier in this year and I prefer this Acer to LG. Colours on this I find better than the LG.
All in all, this is a quality display and for the asking price is a very good deal.
