This product had a bad monitor from the beginning (see photo with white pixels on image). I sent it in to be repaired three times. One time they replaced the mainboard. It did not correct the problem. The 2nd time they replaced a few more things. It did not correct the problem. The 3rd time they replaced nothing and simply said they tested the laptop for 5 days and “no problems were found with camera or display.” I tried to get a refund, but Amazon will not do one. In the past I have been pleased with Acer products, but my experience with this $622 laptop has been horrible. I’m out all the money for a laptop that does not work properly. Please save yourself the hassle and do NOT buy this product.
