The fan started making noise after a month only. Contacted d customer care. They said they do not Hv service centre in Mumbai so I shd send them the fan to Delhi & they wl send it after repairing it. It was not possible as how can v stay without fan for nearly 10 days. Then they said OK call a local mechanic and let us know what is d problem. We will pay. I called D mechanic, he said its bearing problem & wl cost Rs. 300 for removing d fan, changing d ball bearing and re fixing it. I informed d customer care and they said no d cost of bearing is only 40-50rupees so we will send u d bearing and Rs. 100/-. I said the mechanic has already charged me 100 for d visit and even if u send d bearing he is stl going to charge me Rs. 200/-.Then one representative named Rahul spoke with me and said madam, we can not pay more than that. U also adjust. I said y shd I? Its under warranty. Finally he said OK, I wl arrange to send one mechanic and he will come and repair the fan. I said OK. This was on 23/7/19. Its already 12 days and no call from them. Already given complaint on amazon customer service. Btw I Hv sent them video of d fan making noise

Fan quality is very good and best for medium size room.

The media could not be loaded.
Within 2 months of purchase the fan started giving noise. When contacted customer service they ask to courier the fan at Delhi address.
I am from Mumbai, this is not a feasible option. Recommended not to buy outside Delhi.
