Geyser worked fine initially. But after couple of months it started leaking.
When I complained they said I need to send Geyser to their site in New Delhi on my own courier expense. This is not what is expected when someone buys a product with warranty.
Also when I made complaint on their customer care number, I got a call after 1 hr that they are calling from Activa company and I need to register my product to claim warranty and they are sending an OTP, which I need to share on call. To my amazement they tried to reset my amazon password and were asking for OTP which read do not share it with anyone, I immediately understood it and told them I will not share my OTP, they might be doing it to get 5 start rating, this is unethical,
Also they shared a Rs 500 voucher with product, which can be redeemed only if I give 5 start rating.
I would not recommend this product and company.
