Bought in the month of Nov 21 , within 5 months, not getting proper air flow though blades are rotating. Called the customer care. They informed us to dismantle the fan and send the motor to their service centre at Delhi. The cost of courier from Bangalore to Delhi will be more than the cost of the fan itself and we can buy a new one instead! They are not providing door step service or pick up!! So always go for branded one or buy from local shop instead of online. We can atleast go and return it in the local shop.

Present product is not up to the mark because this fan air is not spread all sides. Only one man sit-in below the fan he or she get the air only. Please take care of it, otherwise no body interested to purchase this product. In future I will not purchase this product.
