The vacuum cleaner is powerful and easy to use. I bought two for myself and one for my mom. I was very happy with the product. However, one vacuum stopped working within a year. I wasn’t expecting much after sales service. But they proved me wrong! They sent me a Brand New main vacuum cleaner within a week of complaint. I was absolutely happy with such fast service.

I have been using this product for a little more than a year and must say that the tiny thing is quite powerful. I have rated it low because of the after sales customer support. One word is ‘TERRIBLE’. The problem always occur post warranty period. So, this product too started emitting fumes and stopped working. Called up the customer support number provided on the company website and they promised a call back in 24 hours. Which turned to 48 hours plus and I had to call them up repeatedly for the local customer support to process my complaint. Then started the harrowing experience of following up with them to get it sorted. Finally they gave me a time when I wouldn’t be available which I had told much before my slot was alotted. Since I needed the work done urgently, got the machine shifted to another location and had informed of them same too. They kept saying that the engineer would call me up. Which he didn’t. Then close to their service time I called them up to reconfirm of his visit and was told that he don’t be able to make it. They are extremely particular about their 10
AM to 6 PM work hours.. which is fine by me but then they should be equal particular on keeping their time given to me.. specially when they could next visit only after a week!! They didn’t even bother to inform
that they wouldn’t be able to make the visit. Highly, disappointed with this experience.
So, if you have the time or energy to chase them, not get disabled at the way they waste your time and put you in a spot.. then i would recommend then brand. Else, please shop for different brand.
Upadate:
The motor was replaced sometime in December but the suction power was reduced to half. Upon raising a complaint it was replaced with a new product in Jan.

Dust Bag got torned in just 1 yr..
Vacuum stopped working in just 18 months…called Customer Rep several times for repair..everytime they say “I will check schedule & let u know” but never calls back…no local tie up with any service or repair agency to support repair issues in city like Mumbai..so image what service they will give in other parts of India…
Highly disappointed..never recommend.
