Amazing looks ..But sometimes it gets messy sleep tracking works but sometimes sucks it failed too.I slept at 3: 00am but I was watching movies in mobile which it thought I was idle and and recorded my sleep time as 12:00 am which is awkward Well gps may not be that accurate but for this price point it offers multiple features just go for it… It helps to track workouts well but use it with the app the gps is very accurate…u will have no regrets.. Battery life is not as shown in reviews it is very low … may come to 4 or five days max without turning on Bluetooth call connection and notifications..And only 4 days of battery life if u still didn’t turn the always on display/notifications/Bluetooth I use it 24hrs a day which I switch on HR monitoring and sleep monitoring and quality of sleep …But for this budget range price point it’s ok ….not a wow product….

WORST SERVICE.
I ahve purchesed this watch on 22nd of May that is last month and now it has beed unresponsive for the last 10 days. So after investing nearly 14k I have used the product for nearly a week. Any ways product fault can happen which is not my concern. But currently my concern is related to the service os Amazfit. The policy of Amazfit that if there is a product fault I need to get in touch with there service centre so that they will arrange a pickup from my home. Now here I would like to mention few points.
1. Getting in touch with the executive is very hard over call as every time the line gets Disconnected automatically after a couple of ring.
2. I was able to talk to one of there executive after a days try. He gave me a phone no. And I need to share the photo of my invoice in that no. Then I will get a link which I need to fill to get my product picked up. The executive also mentioned a person from blue dart courier will come to pick up and I need to save his contact no
3. I send the photo of that invoice immediately but there were no response. And nearly after 48 hours I got that link from that no. So I filled it up immediately and again I was waiting patiently. Meanwhile I understood that I have to go again a long waiting period as definitely the urgency was from my side not from Amazfit.
4. Again a couple of days passed while I got a call from blue dart asking my pincode which is 700129. And out of my misery he told me. My pincode is unserviceable, which I have heard for the first time as I am ordering prducts online and every now and then I am getting them delivered through Bluedart, DTDC, ECart, Delhivery. I requested that person badly and got the reply that he will try.
5. Again a couple of days passed by but there were no response from that person. So I tried to contact Amazfit customer care for the entire day yesterday but as usual there were no rebsonse. And finally after trying N number of times I talked to someone again today sometime back at the time of writing this review. And the response I got from him is this is not there’s fault but the fault of blue dart. I pleed to him to understand my pain point for once so he told me that he will get back to me and disconnected on my face right away without listening any further.
I don’t know what should be the next step. I am quite not sure this writing will help or not even will anyone read this long review but I can definitely say this is the WROST PRODUCT AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE that I am having after buying AMAZFIT GTR2
Perspective –
A bit early to write a review. Just 3 days of use, writing it since i am comparing it with my old Galaxy Active watch (died within 2 yrs).
For :
– Big screen.
– Touch and Amoled Screen
– Nice readability in sun
– Many workout options
Against :
– Slow processor, lags in response
– Battery life claimed, is similar to milage advertised for vehicle fuel consumption, is under ideal conditions, when not using any smart feature.
– i am yet to use its GPS, with that i can’t say how long battery will last. Second review 21st Aug. Have used GPS for 4hrs at a strech and yet it had more than 80% power. Very pleased with the performance. Samsung never lasted beyond 3.5 hrs.
– finding difficult in accepting Calls yet to receive a single call on watch. As on 21st Aug – Required some research on YouTube before i could connect. I could start Notifications just yeterday.
– can’t connect to two devies simultaneously. So either it connects to phone or earphone. Can pair with only three devices at a time. That’s a big drawback.
– HR, SPO2 seems to be accurate. Haven’t cross-checked. Can check and shall write in the next update. As on 21st Aug – HR is satisfactory! Of course there will be some difference in Radial and Apical pulse rate of same human so have to accept the difference in reading.
– Most of the analysis is done by Zepp App the watch is just a recording device, so sleep data is a big zilch on watch. Zepp App SUCKS !
– I feel the steel watch should be available for ₹8000 (₹7999) and NOT ₹13k+. Steel model is hyped. Did not find it all that classy to pay a few Rupees extra.
Feature wise i find it similar to Mi Band 5, which also connects to Zepp App and gives the same data minus SPO2. In fact UI of MI App is better.
Verdict OVER-PRICED. Hyped.
Suggest buy after the price falls or during Amazon offer days, when you can get a better deal.

Watch looking is great u can talk and pick once u get call but can’t dial from the watch battery backup is actually of 6 to 8 day max rest the features are OK 70 to 80% is accurate but operating system lack sometime.

Pros :
– great battery life. It’s been a month since purchase and i have charged it only once. Drop of around 7% per day on heavy use.
– Sleep tracking works well (if you like to wear your watch to sleep)
– Bluetooth calling is a great feature and both speaker and mic work well.
Cons:
– When calling, at times, the call automatically switches to watch if you happen to walk in and out of the watch BT area. This is very annoying since you suddenly stop hearing the call. Best to turn off your phone’s BT when you are not wearing watch.
