this watch goes dead after reaching 40 percentage of battery sometimes , the display appears whitish with grains i tried reaching the number they’ve provided for customer support but that number dosent exist, and after update not a single fitness feature works no spo2 meter no heart rate nothing i need proper response

My earlier amazfit bip s is too loaded with features, this time amazfit looted customers in the name of calling features.
Cons
No compass
No automatic workout off when stopped.
No GPS
Zepp active app is really to pathetic, no dark mode , no notification support properly work except messages and calls.
Even wattsaap , and others didn’t work properly.

The zepp active app does not sync with Google fit or with strava… please check the app review in the Play Store before you plan to buy this…very few usable watch faces, mostly unusable….THIS WATCH DOES NOT SYNC WITH ZEPP APP IT SYNCS ONLY WITH ZEPP ACTIVE APP….

Amazfit and Flipkart are not taking proper care while listing products and providing accurate product information.
Wifi support and compass are not there in the watch. However , in product specification detail, it is mentioned that the watch supports wifi and compass, which is very misleading and influencing buying decisions.
