I am writing this feedback after careful consideration and usage of more then 8 months .its work just 8 months after that broken ( magnetron of microwave is broken ) .I keep following customer care but no response from even after 2 months so please don’t purchase to waste your time and money

Amazon is advertising that the installation and demo of the product will be done immediately and automatically upon the delivery of the product. No such services received from Amazon.
Product built and quality, looks and operating system is very good and simple.
The product is worthy for simple and minimal use at home for heating food, etc.

Bought it on 29th July. Using it. Within two and half months I noticed that white paint of outer border of the main working oven, that is covered by the door when closed, has fallen, and inside it must be rusted iron, looks like that. It may be a health hazard, and it happened within such short time. It is devastating. I wanted to send photo, but Amazon wants to control all information, not just camera. May be I have to agree, otherwise Amazon will not report my distress. It says to contact seller, as if seller is ready to respond.

I’ve been using this microwave for over a month now and haven’t been facing any major difficulties. Only sometimes, it suddenly stops but if you move the knob it will start again.
Packaging was quite good. It is only a basic microwave and has only a few settings like high, medium etc. As I also have an OTG, this was perfect as I only use for heating food.
Recently I baked a cake in the microwave. It came out great!

No digital display or setting, analog dial. There is no on/off just the timer controls it. Its very basic but does the job well if you need a basic MC with no frill for reheating.
There is setting to control heating level and one of the lower levels doubles up to thaw food. The timer doubles up for thaw setting by gms.
Satisfied with this, its value for money.

After my last 30 l microwave oven died while baking a batch of cake, I decided to go a different route.
Since we use the microwave functions only to warm foods from the refridgerator, I decided to get a basic microwave.
This fits the bill. A small, basic microwave with 2 knobs. No grill. No convectional oven. It came well packed and requires no installation. Just place the roller ring and the tray, plug it in & you are good to go. It is large enough to fit a dinner plate and the power seems to be adequate.
I am still looking for a gas oven for my baking and grilling needs since that would be a lot more energy efficient than an electric oven. Amazon, unfortunately, does carry any.
