Main Board had problem and some of the switch, said by Amazon technician so need to replace it, and it take a week he said, I am waiting more then 3 weeks nobody come no service call from Amazon worst service guys

Washing machine shows S3 error and doesn’t work. Amazon is sending their technician from last 1 month to repair it. No one has came to repair yet.
Will edit or make changes if the technician visits and repair it.

Dec-2021 – Purchased this product. 1 Year MFR warranty
Mid Nov-2022 – Machine stopped working. Submitted service or repair as of 15-NOV-2022.
18th Nov – Technician did not show-up till 5:30 pm. Wasted my whole day waiting for technician to visit my place to check the defective machine. Eventually, had to reschedule this to 21st Nov
21st Nov – Technician visited and check the defective machine. Found that it was IC/board issue. Mentioned that he would raise a board replacement request to Amazon.
28th Nov – No updates on replacement board (only update was that the service request is on hold due to part been on the way). Called Amazon appliance tech support and iterated the issue, they assured me that this would be addresses on priority – replacement board by 30th Nov or product would be replaced (unfortunately, this was a over-the-phone conversation)
30th Nov – no updates yet on replacement board or product; Called Amazon again – same tech support team (but some other individual). Had to re-iterate the whole story again and once i mentioned about replacement product, they asked me for email confirmation. unfortunately, i had this verbal update on 28th Nov and no email confirmation was sent to me on 28th Nov. Anyways, my only request was to get the machine fixed and needed Amazon’s help to expedite the repair/service request. This time, tech support assured me to get updates by 3rd Dec and email communication sent out with comments that i would received a call back from amazon (but mentioned it as 3rd Nov in email instead of 3rd Dec).
3rd Dec – No updates from Amazon and no call back received. I had to call them again. 1st call lasted for ~20 mins. Had to repeat the story again, same assurance and this time they are asking for 2 more working days to address the issue. I requested for email confirmation and was on-line but call was disconnect by support team before i could see a confirmation email. Called back again – 10 mins waiting, tech support was connected but they kept saying “they were unable to hear me” and call dropped. Called back for 3rd time- again connected to a new tech support, reiterated the whole story again, this time i requested them to record the call, log our conversation and get this issue escalated – tech support said to wait till 6th Dec and this issue is already escalated. Same thing again – email confirmation received that there would be a call back from amazon on 6th Dec and hopefully, this issue would be resolved
7th Dec – followup call from me again but no updates yet
15th Dec – followup call from me again but no updates yet; I requested this issue to be escalated and I received a call back from Preethi – Executive Customer Relations – talked about the issues and requested her help to get this issue addressed asap and she promised me on call back to me on 18th Dec.
29th Dec – no updates yet, multiple follow-up in between. On 15th Dec- I was promised on getting this issue fixed (as its already escalated) but nothing happened. I was advised to contact local repair agencies to check if washing machine could be repaired locally. I have been waiting since then and eventually, I have to call Amazon back today (29th Dec) to followup on the warranty/repair issue (on call now from 11:24am IST)

After using the Machine I am writing this review.
1) Washing machine is of very good quality and very easy to use.
2) Cleaning process is very good and it cleaning clothes properly almost removing all dirt and stain from clothes including oil spots as well(Use good Detergent powder)
3) Noise is very less.
4) Very easy to use
5) Body material is very good except upper cover which is transparent and getting some scratches.
6) Price is awesome according to quality. You will never find such a deal at this price in all Indian retail shops.
7) Little problem with service which was not provided in the mentioned timeline but Amazon reimburse me the bill of Installation from a local vendor. Good Support of Amazon.
8) Delivery is also awesome got it delivered within 48 hours.
9) Packaging was good.
I would suggest everyone buy this Washing machine. It deserves more than 5 ratings.
I hope Amazon will provide good service in future as well on its product.
