Sound is not sophisticated like a Sennheiser ear pods but the sound is very clear and audible. The charging case have 3 displays, left for left side EarPods, middle for charging case and right for right ear buds. The display light up for long time before switched off automatically. When we insert the ear buds to the charging case the ear buds are automatically charged by the battery in the case. When we take out the earbuds it will be discoverable as pairing device for 3 seconds. If you don’t connect it in 3 seconds earbuds will automatically switched off. Once you pair ear buds with your mobile or laptop the next time when we take out the ear buds from the charging case it will automatically connect. Our sound level set are remembered. I noticed that The voice have sometimes disturbances while playing.
In the ear buds the top portion have an led light and bottom portion have mic and touch portion. Just single tap to pause or play the music. When we receive calls, just single tap to receive calls. We can increase and decrease volume by holding the touch portion on the ear buds.
The charging cable come up with the device is very short. So I have plugged it to my computer’s usb port through another cable and fixed the cable on my desk using double side tapes. Now its very easy to charge the device. ( please see my last image!).
Overall good value and user friendly device at this price
PS –
Amazon Basic truly wireless buds are a good option provided the context in which you intend to use it. I bought them so I can listen to music while working out and not worry about soiling my good ones with sweat and dirt. As with any other product, there are pros and cons to this product.
Pros:
1. They are cheap for the quality they offer.
2. The sound quality they offer at this price is wonderful. Not the thumpy bass or the clearest vocals and instruments, but a balanced sound. Definitely not for audiophiles.
3. The touch controls are responsive and have a large surface area. The single and double taps are distinguishable.
4. You can control the volume of your phone or laptop by a continuous touch gesture on the earbuds. Right one increases and the left one decreases the volume. Helpful in situations when you want to talk or become more aware of the ambient sound without pulling out your phone.
5. Battery life is good and can go for an entire day if being used normally. Case also offers a good battery backup. Both earbuds and case have LED indicator that will show you the battery status. Case has 5 levels of LEDs and earbuds lit up orange when charging.
6. There are voice prompts for all important actions. The moment earbuds come into pairing mode, they will announce “pairing” and once connected to your phone or laptop, they will announce “connected”.
7. The case’s build quality is OK. The hinge is a bit wobbly, but we need to keep in mind what we are paying. Case has magnets which hold the buds in place and they do not fall off.
8. Earbuds come with environmental noise cancelling which means that they will actively cancel the environmental white noise only during calls for the person on the other end of the line. You, as a user will not get any direct benefit from any noise cancelling. In my opinion, it is great that Amazon is even offering ENC at this price point. Call quality is decent in a quiet room, but you may not want to use these earbuds in a relatively noisy settings for a phone call.
9. Standard USB C charging affair. A standard USB A to C cable is provided with the earpods. Any adapter which can take in a USB A and output 5 Volt and 1 Ampere will do.
Cons:
1. The rubber tips that come packaged in are relatively hard compared to other buds available in sub Rs. 2500 range. They have implemented the Apple Airpods type of tip design and are held at the base of the plastic body of the earbuds with the help of a plastic rim in built in the rubber tips. The plastic tip has two indents that fit in place at the base of the earbuds. While, it is snappy to remove the rubber tips in Apple’s case, it is next to impossible to lodge the ear tips from their place in Amazon’s earbuds, because of an overtight fit of the plastic rim and relatively inflexible nature of the rubber tips. You will end up tearing the rubber tips in the process of removing them, or will have to use something like a plastic wedge or a screwdriver to remove the plastic rim from their place, which, again raises the possibility of them getting torn.
2. There is no possibility of connecting them to two devices seamlessly. There’s no touch shortcut available which allows connection to be switched to a second device. You will have to switch off the bluetooth connection of the first device, for the earbuds to then pair up with the second device and subsequently connect.

I am writing this after using it for 1 month, sound quality is good but mic is bad, sound is very slow, nois doesn’t work, over all it is ok only for listening songs and watching videos,

It will pain if ur ear is small…. As shown.. you could be able to use this only in silent place…. In crowd places you will not able to hear voice on call

The sound quality is not very good for in-ear TWS earphones but since it is a budget and good ‘Amazon basics’ brand item so you can expect some good things from it.
Pros:
1. Genuine Amazon item (seems imported).
2. Good warranty policy & after sales support.
3. Good noise isolation.
4. Calling is okay but not very good.
5. Lowest radiation, because even the slightest EMF radiation will interfere in proper functioning of the TWS. I consider it as pro since it detects EMF radiation and does itself does not create it.
Cons:
1. The design is bulky to carry in your pocket.
2. Sound quality is not bass friendly at low volumes.
3. Not very comfortable for long time usage.
Overall, it is for people who believe in Amazon basics, and want a simple machine. Good for short time usage. Strongly not for audio or bass enthusiasts.

Mic is not good. Excellent for listening to music. While answering a call either of the bud should be held nearvto the mouth orelse the otherside will not hear our voice. But in any way, it is an excellent product for this price. Value for money.
