Good sound quat and recomend one. Value of money. But while doing call opposite side user is not able hear me clearly

Not at all reliable. Right side earphones do not work even after trying multiple times. Ambrane and Amazon support totally unavailable.
Why should we ask for replacement if there products have multiple issues and no support is also available.

This product is superb in this price , sound is good and during call voice clearlity is also very good on both side , dual mic make your voice clear …i like this and highly recommend

The earbuds are of good quality. It is a genuine competitor to Oppo enco buds in true sense. The buds actually tries to have ultimate balance of every tune. Not too much bass, treble or anything like that. Vocals are very clear and loud. No question of how’s the build quality? It is excellent regarding the price point- durable, glossy finish and no uncessary movements in hinges unlike the oppo ones. Call quality is excellent. I tried BGMI with gaming mode in buds on and have to say there is almost negligible lag. Overall the packaging is nice. Just remember the sound quality is an excellent balance of everything. Thanks
