Lightweight charging case, battery backup ??.compare to boat tws.

Very bad product u know, it’s left earbuds is not working and after some time it’s battery get low and it has no backup battery left. The sound quality is not good and no cancellation is working. When we complaint this product on Amazon it say create a short video for company to check and after I am created video in video it’s sound get silent.
