Jim Wilmot –
The refurbished laptop continues to boot up with “defaultuser0” and can’t change without password that was put in when refurbished by seller. Ready to return this thing for lack of seller support. Called ASUS Customer Service as indicated on the letter that came with laptop, no help from them. No area in listing to even ask questions and get answers to problems one encounters with their products.
Silver color of the laptop makes the lit keyboard key impossible to see. Really DISAPOINTED with support from seller
Additional comments 6/7/2023… still no correct response from seller to correct this problem. Followed all the steps and still can’t change the “defaultuser0” without the password to change when booting up laptop.
