Sir.Jun.25th Bought Bajaj ceiling from your company. Today is 12/07/2023. The remote fan does not work. Please repair the fan.

Respective there,
Fan is good but there are some problems I found.
1) The size/diameter of the brass pipe coming inside from the fan rotor stator part is so less that when we screw up nut bolt it tears up insulation of wire which we connect to ceiling rose through connecting rod, so I found sparking and when I checked, insulation near bolt tored up and punctured due to phase shorted with bolt.
2) Instead of nut bolt key for the ceiling hook they have given only stud and key which makes possibility of fan fall.
3) No LED light in the middle of the fan though plastic part is given in the middle, which can make fan more attractive and light can be used as night lamp as well.

2) with remote can manage speed steps, timer, on off, functionality. Witch is very helpful to control fan.
