5-6 days back I received this product & found some critical discrepancy like:
1. Product accuracy of giving results of B.P / HR / SPO2 is not trustworthy as I have simulteniously checked many times with BP apparatus (as I am having hypertension, I bought BP apparatus long back). There are lot of differences in both the digital equipments.
Example :
a. Smart watch shows 118/76 mmhg or 120/80 mmhg where as BP apparatus shows 146/96 mmhg and 154/94 mmhg
b. Smart watch shows HR 72/min or 76/min where as BP apparatus shows HR is 90/min and 96/min.
I have checked the same for continuously 03-04 days and found the wrong recording in the smart watch.
I suggest team of beat XP that please check that all digital features like B.P / HR / SPO2 are properly calibrated with the accurate results only (as the watch is on digitally working platform). As this may confuse the individual about his health parameters, which may cause fatal or any other medical issues to the individual.
Accuracy of giving results of B.P / HR / SPO2 should be at least 95% in any digital equipment is ok and 5% (+/-) error is acceptable.
Special Note : Team beat XP kindly look into this issue on priority basis.
