The earphones are excellent but 0 stars for the seller. First product i received had noise from right earbud and i got it replaced. But unfortunately the replacement product came with battery issues and i did not had the option for replacement again. So i send the product to beyerdynamic service center and the replaced with a good one. The earphones are excellent sound quality with detailed audio. But the seller has defective products. So buy from other seller or directly from beyerdynamic retailers.

Beware! While the quality of the audio is acceptable, the base is tender and the mid range is good, however there seems to be connection issues when I ride my bike the sound cuts off at regular intervals, this happens even if the phone is in my pocket, not an ideal device for traveling, since Bluetooth devices serve that purpose.
The quality of the ear pieces feel great. However the in line Mike housing is of a poor quality plastic, and the right ear piece stopped functioning after a just 3 weeks it maybe a manufacturing defect. This device is a best buy for this price range, considering a very few offer 2 years warranty. I received a new upgraded replacement for the faulty device however even the new device had similar issues.
Time to revert back to reliable brands.

Terrible packaging, the box was not sealed. The earphones seems refurbished. I paid for new product not for a refurbished one. Theu are working fine but this is not exactly what we call “value for money”
Few points to quickly review these pairs
1. Pairing is pretty old fashioned. One has to look into user manual to properly pair them with various different devices
2. Aptx drivers are the best components in these earphones for gaming experience
3. Sound is great but the bass punch is not up to mark. Hip hop,edm,hi-tech music fans may not like it. Best for other genres like rock, metal, blues etc
4. Few callers have found my voice muffled due these earphones can’t say much coz not tested them with enough real-time callers
5. Sound isolation is the best
6. Can pair 2 devices but they’re quite unfriendly with media playing like videos in different apps. You’ll know once you use them.
7. You can how wires are unsteady due to terrible packaging in my images
8. I’m not asking to replace or refund now but I will hold all the above mentioned points during my warrenty claim or I might ask for replace/refund in coming days if the product troubles me more since the product was delivered in a very untidy manner

I have been using this product for last one week. Amazing sound quality for the price range and pretty good battery life too. Quick delivery from Amazon as always. Received sealed product with no issues. Just wanted to tell, don’t hesitate to buy this product. The negative reviews might be a little misleading.

I have been using wireless earphones for the past 4 years. I wanted my parents to share this experience.
So on June 28 2019, I ordered a couple of these for my parents after reading a few good reviews online. Although the audio quality was very good, both of them were defunct within a year. My father’s set just stopped working all of a sudden after about 6 months (he’s known in the family for taking utmost care of gadgets). My mom’s set physically broke just today i.e less than a year after purchase. The attached pic is from the same set.
For a Rs.7000+ set of earphones, I was not expecting them to go bust within a year.

Audio quality is good, the range is reasonable, and they connect reliably. Battery life is also as good as the manufacturer claims, which is suprising given the small profile/weight of the battery. When used with my iphone for phone calls the mic has to be held close to your mouth and I frequently was misheard/got complaints that I sounded distant.
The controls whilst small are mounted closer to one ear, which in turns pulls the headphones to one side. They’re also right where your collar is when putting a coat on and very easy to pull out.
Biggest issue is durability. Amazon bailed me out twice with replacement units when mine failed. When the warranty was up and the third pair failed I gave up and switched to Beats.

The delivery was on time. The packing was good.
The sound is also excellent, the treble is kind of itchy when the volume is too high.
But over all, its good. I returned it because the left side kept falling off my ear even though i tried all earphone tip.

Automaticly stopped working after 1-3days.
This was an Amazon refurbished item, obviously it’s much safer to get a new item next time instead of looking for a bargain.
In terms of audio quality, the earphone was probably tweaked to give a high resolution like sound. The treble is a little over tuned, can sound very harsh at loud volumes. Therefore, the earphones are not best for longer periods of listening. The earphones have a rather average bass output, not over powered but just audible enough . For improved bass output, buy yourself better eartips I suppose.
Build quality is good, however a tiny bit heavy in the ears. If you prefer to listen to your music with plenty of movement, these won’t sit well in your ear. There is one side of the earphone were the little Bluetooth control is, that side is a little bit more difficult to always keep in the ear. Maybe it would have been better to positionin the Bluetooth control in the middle of the cable to create a balance of weight between both sides of the earphones.
The Bluetooth controls were functional, out of the box no need to read instructions. But there’s just still that little more hassle compared to wired earphones.
Overall, 2-3 stars for the fact that it was working out of the box.

The sound has this weird scratchy thing which is constant for loud sections of a song
Overall sound is not at all worth it for the price tag
Build quality is good and feels premium
Battery life is decent with about 6 hours of playing time
Edit: iv realized the quality of the sound is actually really good
You have to understand that these earphones don’t use the balance of Hertz that necessarily please the ear ( that would be bass heavy) but delivers the eqs the artist intended to
There is lots of more detail audible than my older pair
Lots of people complain about the bass being bad but if you get a proper fit it is amazing
The only complaint I have is that it’s really difficult to get a proper fit and even if you do they tend to fall out of your ears , this is due to the excessive weight of the battery on one side and the weight of the earphones itself which are all metal , I find myself only using these earphones when I relax and sit or light walking, due to this problem.
