The Mic supplied with the product failed with in 2 days

The mic stops frequently, seens loose connection, warranty is not helpful as we need to send the Mic to a place far away for repairing by courier.

The quality of its technical features are good, except the clarity of mic application that’s only better than ordinary. But the quality and finish of the plastic exterior, even in its plush design, is unmincingly contemptible. It looks like having been made of cheap and thin plastic, entire exterior is bland, glossless, monotonous and dull black. Sorry Blaupunkt, but then, there are expectations from deserving brands like you.

Average product….. Sound is clear but it’s not impressive. Main drawback I felt that No base and treble for this speaker…. It’s sound feels like a normal local brand.

I receive the speaker in a day. Thanks Amazon for speedy delivery. But that’s the only positive I have to tell. The unit had pathetic plastic quality, extremely light to feel any confidence about the driver units. Plastic joints are worse than cheap Chinese toys.
Worst : volume of speaker less than that of my mobile phone. Wonder why I would need this speaker at all.
Microphone connected had echo, which cannot be turned off.
The decorative lighting was better avoided.
Had returned the product and I received another unit. Seems already opened and repacked as the inner contents were not neatly arranged. However the volume seems to be better now.
Rest of the quality issues still remains.
May be this is why they do not have a refund policy. I struck with it now ,😞
