The Amazon recommended 6” aluminum flexible pipe bought through Amazon doesn’t suit the exhaust outlet collar on the unit top. It fits loosely and there is gap (exhaust air will leak into the kitchen).

I got this amazing product with additional 1k cashback from my bank. With comparison to its other competitors isee more features given in this budget and performance is good so far. And need to see the durability in future. Coming to the installation the technician provided by company Venkateswarrao is very polite and did all the installation along with drilling work with pretty reasonable amount and all the way it’s good experience. Last but not least the customer service response and responsibility act is appreciated. I felt very good with their responce. I hope it will be maintained in future as well.

I called for installation for several times… The lady attends the call and forword to my state karnataka line but after that after ling wait around 10 mins no one will attend the call… How to approach for installatio….? Looks not a customer oriented
