Ac is good but I was also confused whiler rading the negative review .I had my installation with all accessories be aware while installation as Instalation personal are not good always.
They left the cardboard on radiator becouse of which is was not colling notice after two days and it come in action room is cool in 5 minutes and excellent cooling .writing review after 3 month use.jusy go for it but hope for the best pice in online

These days all companies promote inverter.. But they r high in maintenance and pcb issues which will cost u half ac price. Go for non inverter ac. I got a gud deal with blue Star. It is nice product . There were some bad reviews but product is gud

Is ac ko 1 month se use kr raha hu ….badiya ac hai cooling achi but isme kch problem bhi hai…

3- features bhut normal se hai kch bhi adavance ya smar features nhi hai but remote me button zarror hai advance features ke

I rating high because it is good brand working good! But don’t but it online in Amazon. Very very worst customer care agent. A nightmare came on installation. No copper pipe, nut and some 2 or 3 items missing with packaging. Same product i go visit near retail showroom everything comes with packaging. I reached Amazon customer care they refund on the copper pipe. Nut, tape, white cement and water drainage pipe. All items worth ruppees 600 not refunded although I submitted bill for every items which is gave by technician. Amazon said not good to refund if you don’t want return the product. This is happened after installation of AC. I asked agent also before installation they said yes not denied now. Very very rude customer care of Amazon. Don’t purchase from Amazon otherwise you will have to face conquences.

Extremely laid back customer service. Corrupt service centres who only give a damn about the service if it is not in warranty so they can make money out of it. If in warranty they’ll force you to pay extra for them to come for any issues. The AC had a gas leak in hardly 3 months. I’m extremely disappointed after buying this garbage. Not buying again ever from Bluestar or Amazon.

I live in Chennai and purchased the Blue Star 1.5 Tr 3 Star Fixed Speed Split AC (Copper, FA318PLU, 2022, White) through Amazon.
Seller was M/s Dawntech Electronics.
Product arrived in perfect condition.
3 m insulated copper tubing and electrical cable for connecting the indoor and outdoor units were included in the box.
This unit has copper tubing and importantly, Blu Fin corrosion protection
Being a fixed speed machine it won’t have expensive repairs down the line.
Blue Star installation engineers were very competent and did a wonderful job.
They charged 1200/- for labour and Rs 200/- for the white tape consumed.
The AC can be run in different modes and noise level is sufficiently low in most of them.
Cools really well.
Ideal product for people who need an AC for night time use in the bedroom.

Que no 1 :- it is mandatory to perform vaccum process at the time of new ac installation?
Que no 2:- Gas refilling are comes in compressive 1 year warranty period ?
