I was confused with so many brands. After doing some research on youtube, panasonic, hitachi, o general, daikin and blue star was best to go. As per my window fitting i had to tick off few brand. I never heard someone using blue star but then my friend said all the government offices and delhi metro uses blue star. Damn! Im sold

April 22,
It’s been 1 year since ac is working well, the best part is servicing. Though it’s hard to call their customers to care but i dropped mail and within 2-3 hours during working hours you get a call for an appointment. But then they keep on calling even after service is done. Lol ac make noise i think its with all window ac. But I’m a deep sleeper so don’t mind.

It’s been 1 year, we run ac almost 6-8 hours at night and 2-3 hours during day time. our April month bill was. 380Rs and May 600 Rs.
Run your ac at 24 with fan speed 2 or 1 and if possible sleep in front of ac. your room willl be chill and bill will be low.

Everything is good. It’s just Amazon should help with installation as well. I had to follow up from Blue Star and the guy never showed up for installation. I had to get this done on my own.
Amazon, please take care of this.

After a month ,as we have seen when the first time AC we turn ON the A.C. then the A.C. fan will run, after that as soon as it comes in its colling mode, it will start vibrating immediately and the vibrate is so much that the line has also come in the nearby wall, you can see it in my photo also. You can even see
colling b is doing the job. Remote temperature remote control also does not work.
The second thing is that if you ever install a new A.C. then the company gives free instillation but these are charge(900) money on us.

After a month of use, the AC stopped cooling even on turbo mode. It automatically start and stopped cooling without any error.
I have raised a service request and visiting engineer checked and told that everything is fine and the AC is operational

So here is my review after 01 day of usage.
1. Ordered on 21 Apr and delivered on 23 Apr. Delivery was very prompt.
2. Installed on 24 Apr afternoon by blue star service guys.(however other than opening the box and putting in it a window, all other work like wire extension, MCB fitting, grill cutting, wooden frame making and fitting done by my local electrician.) So it took only 15 minutes to blue star guys to install.
3. It costed me around 26.2 K after discount plus standard installation charges of 767.
4. Looks– AC looks premium and remote supplied with it was also nice.
5. I used it for 6 hours in night at 24° for 20 min , 26° for 20 min and rest of the time 28°. Outside temp was 35°
6. 5 units of electricity were consumed on above mentioned temp.
7. Noise level is not high. It’s very quiet. however it depends on fitting of AC in window.
P.S. – it’s my review after one day usage. It may change afterwards.

After 4 months of use it’s running superb with no problem. Got 1st free dry service done. 2nd free will be full service before expiry of one year from purchase

AC is good. But the installation service is terrible. Charge 600 instead of 500 and that too with poor skills.
