The after sales service is horrific. And this is not just my experience, but post purchase read this in numerous reviews. The service centres just make a fool out of customers. I purchased this on 5 Apr and ultimately the installation was done in June all because of the service centre’s evasive approach. As far as product is concerned, too early to write a review.

AC was delivered on 4th of April 2023.
The Bluestar Partner called (M R Engineering/Kolkata). Till today (16/04/2023) they are coming. Even raised request on Bluestar customer care app to on 14th April. Again they called and from next no response. I’m going to install the AC with an aftermarket service provider and for all installation and other expenses or any warranty issue for this or any dispute for the same will be pure responsibility of either Bluestar the AC manufacturing company or their partner M R Engineering. Giving the both parties on 24hrs of time to response. Henceforth I will not wait and all claims will be as per communications.

Ever since the ac’s were installed they doesn’t work and the guy who installed the ac was so unprofessional and he doesn’t know anything he’s doing. Even his supervisor is taking side of his technician and they playing blame game instead of coming to the site and resolving my problem. I bought 4 blue star ac and my experience is very worst with them the service is very bad and unprofessional they don’t have no manners at all and they also told me that they aren’t afraid of any reviews or complaints.

I was hesitant to go for this product after checking the reviews. But I went for buying it and I don’t regret it.
The airflow across the room is awesome and the chillness was persistent even after ac was switched off
Also the indoor unit is less noisy when the speed of the fan is kept in low or medium.
I would still have to watch if the inverter ll work if there is a power failure.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the Bluestar 2Ton AC unit that I recently purchased from this seller on Amazon. This is the second time I have received a defective unit from the seller, and despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter to Amazon customer care, no action has been taken.
I purchased the unit on March 27 and it was shipped promptly, but upon installation, it became apparent that the unit was not functioning properly. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement unit. However, the replacement unit that I received was also defective and did not work.
I immediately contacted Amazon customer care and was assured that the matter would be escalated and resolved promptly. However, it has been more than a month and I have not received any updates or resolution to the matter.
In frustration, I have now self-shipped the defective unit back to the seller. It is unacceptable to receive such poor quality products and not receive appropriate support from the seller and Amazon customer care.
Now the seller is telling he has not received the defective item in spite of producing proof of delivery and he is not processing my refund, everything looks fraud

I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the seller and Amazon to improve their product quality and customer service. I urge you to take appropriate action to resolve this matter and prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers in the future.
