Product is good. I have softener for entire house, so this kind of purifies the softened water. If you are looking for a review for hard water directly, I’m sorry, this is not the one.
Overall the product does it’s work.
After sales support is good.
There is no settings to increase our decrease any value
Just plug and play.
Coming to experience,
– Ordered it first time
– Received different lower end model. Got to know on 9th day post delivery when engineer came for installation.
– I was put on 4 days hold for investigation. Finally returned and refunded.
– ordered 2nd one.
– received right product with broken filter.
– customer care has promised a replacement which I’m yet to receive.
– all in all, been 4 weeks and not complete yet.

Purchased new one.but feel like second hand.
Mico lines scratches on Outer body.really confused about about originality.
Adding more comments after using 6 month.
Really don’t purchase this model.stupid product.One small part within this product which is used to kill the bacteria. That part get failed frequently almost within 6 month i replaced that three times.and cost of that part is approx 400rs.

This is my 2nd water purifier from blue star. 1st one also same model which proved good so i bought 2nd one for our Gfloor home.
Over all good, maintenance wise its cheaper compared to other brands.

Installation is simple, storage 7 ltr, and flavor is natural.

I do not have any issues with either the functionality, or the service. The disappointment is that the Jet Black equipment, whose photo we get to see on Amazon, comes with a White coloured filter which is fitted outside the RO machine. This spoils the entire look of the kitchen, when everything else is in black. It also occupies additional space, which was not factored in while planning the interiors. I specifically chose this machine because it was Black in colour. The White filter was a shock.
The most disappointing aspect is that when I raised the issue with Amazon, they said they can replace the equipment with exactly the same machine, which was of no help. I actually wanted to return, but was also ok to exchange it with any other model that suited our interiors, but I found the return policy totally insensitive and unresponsive to the customer’s need.
