I don’t know why many people have expressed that this product was delivered in a very damage condition. However that was not the case with me and the product was delivered in fine fettle. It works very smooth and has decent capacity inside the tanks to keep a razor wire of hot and cold water enough for immediate requirement. Although I would like to state that couple of times it has lead from its bottom plate but I think that is due to not placing the water bottle properly on the feeding hole. This I found out when I googled and since then I have been careful and I’m not encountered any such issue until now.

I checked this after 7 days and realised hot water option not working. No replacement possible now. But if it was tested ok why hot water option not working, don’t know.
